ShopRite offers free starter packs with GLP-1 prescriptions

..... ShopRite pharmacies will be giving out free starter packs to customers who are prescribed weight loss drugs, also known as GLP1's the grocery chain announced on Monday February 23. [2026]

The packs are called Wellness Your Way starter Kits and include samples of Oikos Protein Shakes., Hydration Multipler, vital Proteins collagen power, and coupons for certain grocery items including premium lean beef, Healthy Chose frozen meals and Fruitist fresh blueberries, the company announced.
..... "We've sen a growing number of customers seeking GLP-1 medications, and we want to make sure they feel supported from the moment they fill that first prescription," said Aaron Sapp, the pharmacy vice president at ShopRite's parent conman, Wakefern.
..... "These starter kits provide simple tools and tips that help people take those important weight loss journey,"Sapp said.
