Company agrees to lender takeover

"Over the last year, [2024] we created a new strategy and operating approach that is digital-first, technology-led and asset-light, and preserved a global footprint for the company."
..... The "new" Tupperware Company will shift its focus toward serving "core global markets" including the U.S., Canada, Mexico and others. And will continue to "support entrepreneurship and a more sustainable lifestyle."
