Wayne Township NJ Ordinance Number 61
Ordinance Number 61 was adopted on Wednesday November 5, 2025 by a vote of 6-0.
This Ordinance refers to Township code 202 Section 202-1 Section 202-2.
A Bee Note:
1. Low-speed Electric Scooter and Motorized bicycle are required to wear a helmet age 17 and under. Bee reminds everyone where one regardless of age.
2. You are require to ride you e-bicycle or E-scooter on the right side of there road next to the curb or edge of the road. You are not to ride this vehicles in the traffic lands.
3. You are to follow all traffic laws. Stop at stop signs and look both wash, and obey all traffic singles. Stop when the Light is Red.
4. If you ride you bikes or scooters on the sidewalk the speed to be no more than 5 Miles Per Hour.
5. when you are pulling out of a driveways, the traffic on the street has the right of way.
6. You are subject to Title 39 and can get a Traffic Ticket when stopped for a Traffic violation.
